This tool (proxy) helps to use mobile data and OBD / ELM327 WiFi adapter at the same time. It is compatible with virtually all OBD scanner applications, but provides special support for Torque Pro.
The tool usage scenario is based on the built-in Android 8+ functionality of using mobile data when the WiFi network connection has no internet. Depending on your phone’s firmware, the system may show a pop-up window when WiFi without Internet is detected: the rule of thumb here is that you should choose to use MOBILE DATA and KEEP the WiFi network connected.
